Dr. Kim was elected as an Associate of the Royal Academy of Music in London this year.
She has five upcoming projects this year. She will conduct the National Philharmonic Orchestra of Venezuela in a world premiere concert while performing as a soloist, playing 2 instruments.
For this summer, she is invited to judge at the World Championships of Performing Arts in Hollywood, invited as a piano and harp faculty to give masterclasses in the International Music Festival in Becharest, Romania, and conduct the festival orchestra at the International Music Festival in Tallinn, Estonia, in addition to holding a piano and harp faculty position.
Currently, she is composing a dual concerto for piano and harp, to be premiered in London.
